I followed the instructions but when I checked to see if my products are appearing, I notice that my products are not appearing either on redmystic or googlebase. Does this take more than a day to show up? Why is it not showing?

Hi I ahave the same problem, and everything is set up correctly, i have downloaded component and the module, enable both, set up xml, etc etc..products are on redmystic but are not feeding through to google

Hi,

the issue is that your site does not have an ssl certificated installed but you have the component configured to use one. Either install a certificate or turn off ssl support in the component configuration : PINGBACK_SECURE_CONN

 

Once you've fixed that try clicking the notify redmystic button on the product monitor page to force a refresh and I  think you'll see better results.

i have just installed this but dont know how to upload my products done the test feed but how long does it take to see the products in my Google account Simulating a feed pull of fragment 1... Requesting feed fragment 1 Connected and received a success message from your server: 200 Successfully downloaded product feed fragment 1 Successfully extracted the product feed fragment 1 Successfully read feed fragment 1. Fragment contains: 0 products Success - RedMystic Server should have no issues pulling your feeds

Hi,

It looks like you've missed a few steps. You first need register your site here http://www.redmystic.com/my/your-sites.html?view=sites

and then take the site key it will provide you and enter it into the component configuration on your site. Also make sure you've installed/published the module

 

Once you've done all that click the "notify redmystic" button on the product monitor page which will request redmystic to reload your products.

does this feed list my products into google as i have just found out from them that they dont except zip files on uploads? can you tell me if that is right if so how can i download a text file as that is what i have always used thanks
