I have been able to get past everything excep thte test feed I get this message. I  am not able to figure it out. It says I have products being monitored, yet I have no performance statistics. I thought it might take a few days so I've waited but nothing is happening either in the red mystic component nor google base. Help

Hi Niki,

Make sure your root url in the redmystic configuration has a trailing forward slash.

 

ROOT_SITE_URL

 

Should be this: http://www.handsofachild.com/

 

 

Renotify redmystic on the product monitor page after you've made the changes to force a refresh.

That fixed the feed issue, my products are now on red mystic and google however I still have no performance statistics, thought it might take a few days but almost 3 days later still nothing?

Just recently my feeds started started capping at 500 even though my feed chunk size is set to 1000. Why is that?
