I got a reply from Google as to the reason for disapproved items. It has to do with the OTC medications and Sexual Enhancement pills offered on our site. I have now removed all of them and resubmitted to Google so let's see what happens. Here is Google's response:
Thank you for your email. Recently, we have revised our prescription drug
policies. We now allow prescription drugs to be listed only by properly
licensed and appropriately targeted pharmacies in the US, UK, or Germany.
We do not currently permit the listing of anabolic steriods to other
target region.
Online pharmacies in the United States and US territories must be
accredited by the National Association Boards of Pharmacy VIPPs program
and may target the US and US territories only. Only online pharmacies
based in the US or US territories will be accepted for listing in Google
Product Search US.
Online pharmacies in the United Kingdom must be registered with the
General Pharmaceutical Council and may target the UK only. Only online
pharmacies based in the UK will be accepted for listing in Google Product
Search UK.
Online pharmacies in Germany must be licensed by the competent regional
health authority (Gesundheitsbehörde) and provide a valid license issued
(Erlaubnis zum Versand von apothekenpflichtigen Arzneimitteln) by the
regional health authority. German online pharmacies may target Germany
only. Only online pharmacies based in Germany will be accepted for listing
in Google Product Search Germany.
