Hi

I've configured everyting as per setup guides and faq's I think - I've been over it a ton of times.

In Google, it says my Data Quality is Good, but says I have No Items, so I'm not sure what is going on.

I'd be really grateful for any advice.

Many thanks

Dave.

Hey Dave,

You need to have the module installed and published. You'll find it in the same place you got the component. It's also free. The module takes care of a few things that are required to communicate with redmystic server to get your products on google/redmystic.

Cheers,

Garry

Cheers Garry

I've published the module in my site now on the Virtuemart products page and hit 'Notify Red Mystic' from within Product Monitor.

I think that's everything now.

I take it there's a time lapse between notification and the products appearing in Red Mystic/Google.

Thanks again.

Dave.

Hi,

The module is designed to do a couple of things. One of which is to notify redmystic of product changes that require a product refresh on google/redmystic. The other is to set the site key meta tag for verification. Redmystic server will check this each time a product refresh occurs. Requests are queued and processed in the order we receive them.

Your best bet is to leave the module published and let it manage the refreshes. As it stands right now your product refreshes are being rejected because the site key is not set because the module is not published.

Cheers,

Garry

Hey Dave,

Make sure the url you registered matches to where you published the module. Redmystic server will look for the meta tag where you registered it. If you change the url on the redmystic side it will generate a new site key for you so please be aware of that. You'll need to copy/paste it back into the component.

Cheers,

Garry
