Hi all im new to red mystic and was wondering how long after notifying it takes for the products to get uploaded also im sure its been asked before but when i run a test feed i get the following error ... Simulating a feed pull of fragment 1...

i have only got the system sef and tried turning it off but it didnt work either any ideas would be helpful

Hi,

Your feed is not currently working due to a configuration issue. Atleast that's what it looks like. Take a look at the configuration item called "ROOT_SITE_URL" and make sure it ends in a forward slash.

Once that's set correctly please click the "notify redmystic" button on the product monitor page to force a refresh.

It all looks good from my end. Your products are now searchable on redmystic. If you're posting to Google also please take care in setting it up carefully. There are number of steps involved and it's easy to miss one. You'll find the steps in our FAQ
