hi guys, please could you help, have not changed anything just added more products, now i get:

 

  1. Simulating a feed pull of fragment 1...
  2. Requesting feed fragment 1
  3. Connected and received a success message from your server: 200
  4. Error - The file that was received was not a product zip feed as expected. Read More

Hi,

 

Are you using a third part sef program like Artio?  If you are then you'll need to exclude the redmystic component from processing in the sef programs configuration. Some of them interfere with redmystic's ability to pull product feeds.

Actually I spoke too soon.

 

It looks like a privilege issue on your server. Redmystic can't write to feed directory. You'll need to make this directory writable:

components/com_redmystic/archives/

 

 

Click the "check perms" button on the configuration page to see if other directories are also needing to be changed.
