I've can't seem to populate the 'product monitor' page with products for the store oceanblueclothing.com

Here's what I've done

>  deleted and reinstalled the component.

> tried 'PINGBACK_SECURE_CONNECTION' on no and yes.  It should be Yes though as I have a certificate. 

> check all selections under 'virtuemart' tab

I've also run it with 'diagnostics on'  to send a report out.

The issue isnt related to your ssl certificate. That's all good. This strikes me as an issue I had a long time ago that was related to shopper groups. By default redmystic should try to pick the "default" shopper group you have setup in virtuemart. To confuse things even more it's generally called "default". This can changed however to whatever you want to call it. Take a look at virtuemart shopper groups and then check redmystic configuration under virtuemart section for the shopper group item and make sure it exists in virtuemart. That could definitely cause the issue but I thought I had fixed that along time ago.

if that all seems to match then I'd suspect a refresh issue. Try updating any redmystic configuration and then navigating to the product monitor page.

If still no joy try to think of anything that's non-standard about this site. Post here and I'll try to help

Unfortuntley neither of those things worked :(

I do have a couple of things that aren't right with this virtuemart store that I have to work around .

The 'Add product' button doesn't work and I can't 'add attribute' form inside a product. 

I've searched for help on them at

but have found it easier to work around the problems rather that spend the time fixing them ;

I have a another store which works fine and have been meaning to run some tests to see if I can isolate the problem by swapping folders over etc.  Will try and get this done in the next few days and will get back to you.
