Hi Garry - the component looks great, but I'm not getting the zip file to be created.

Everything else works perfectly (short of the confirmation email) Test Connection, Check Permissions, Verify Key all work.

Test feed returns a zip file not found error and when I look in the proper folder via FTP, no zip exists.

I've scoured the forum and tried variations of everything here.

Hi,

Redmystic server can't pull your feed so it's not getting created. It seems you have  plugin that is misbehaving. Here's the message we receive from your server:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentRAW::addCustomTag() in /home/content/68/7496368/html/plugins/system/jw_ultimatePNGFix.php on line 87

Just make sure to force a refresh by clicking the notify button on the product monitor page. Once you've gotten your products loaded to redmystic and google then the module will happily keep them current automatically.

Hi,

You have the component configured to talk over https but do not have a valid certificate on your server. To fix either purchase a  certificate or change redmystic configuration setting PINGBACK_SECURE_CONNECTION to "No"

 

After than renotify redmystic and I think you'll see better results.

I'm having the same problem. The folder where the *.zip is supposed to be is empty.

Any suggestions?

 

 

EDIT: I was just too impatient ;-) It works fine now!

Hi Garry

 

For quite some time neither prods.zip nor sitemap.xml have been produced on my site.

 

I recen\tly switched from Artio to sh404sef for other reasons and the problem persists with either.

 

I have set sh404sef t\o skip RedMystic.

 

I cannot do a Test submission either.

 

Debug is set ON so you should have seen several attempts from 4footyfans.com
