Hi,

Something is wrong with the module. It's not setting the site key as it should. Try re-installing and publishing it and see if that helps.

Cheers,

Garry

Thanks Garry, the problem was that i was using modules_everywhere to show the module inside another module. I took it out and published it alone and now it's working like a clioke

thanks!!

Hi,

I have ben using Rm for a few years now, on a few websites,

Recently My Google feeds were not going through, So I have had a look and I am getting

"Unable to verify your sitekey. Please make sure you have entered the sitekey into the configuration and that the module is published to the same location you have registered"

I know this is a basic error usually, either Mod not published correctly or site key wrong !

BUT

I had not changed anything before this error started ( appart from updateing to mod 1.0.12 and Com 1.3.21 )

To try to reslove I have re-keyed this site here and updated my site , No effect

I have Unpublished -Re Published - Moved  ( Left  - Right - Copyright etc ) RM_Mod on my home page No Effect

I have re-installed RM Mod 1.0.12 - No effect

re-installed RM Com 1.3.21 - No Effect

checked my registered URL is correct  http://www.sunglassescenter.co.uk/  and it is ,

Is there anything else i can try ?

Cheers

Joe

Hi Joe,

Sorry for the delay. It looks to me like you have things working at this point. Let me know if you're still having trouble.

Cheers,

Garry

Gary, Just tried it again and still get 1 PING_SENT Ping Sent to RedMystic Server Checking your site for the required sitekey meta-tag located at the url you registered on redmystic.com . Successfully connected to Red Mystic Server Unable to verify your sitekey. Please make sure you have entered the sitekey into the configuration and that the module is published to the same location you have registered 2011-11-22 15:49:2 Products are not being pulled from the site after a notify RM , and no Google uploads ? Hi Joe,

Something is interfering with the modules ability to set the site key meta tag. Are you using modules anywhere or something that is wrapping the redmystic module?

Another option is to manually set the meta-tag in your template. Not great but will get you back on track if you're tired of messing with it.

Cheers,

Garry
