Checked the faq and although there was no place to add the feed name when setting up the component I eventually found prods.zip in the configuration after set up.

All my settings are correct ftp user and pass are correct, prods.zip is the feed and xml is the setting on google base.

I'm not able to connect to google base when testing connection and I get this error :

Unable to authenticate to Google Base FTP

Why is it not working?

For some reason I was able to connect to Google Base after 4 try's, but I guess I won't know if this worked for a couple of days?

If there is an issue with file names or the ftp account Google will e-mail you relatively quickly, assuming you set your Google account up to send e-mail notifications. Otherwise no news is good news. They do take a while first time through.

btw don't forget to publish the module or you aren't going to get automatic updates.

Everything is fine now. 145 items on RedMystic & Google Base.

Hi

The module will take care of sending the products to RedMystic and Google automatically. It's designed to detect product changes so you can either wait for a change or force a reload by clicking the "notify redmystic" button on the product monitor page.

one caveat is that even if you don't make changes to products the module will still send notification to redmystic after a week to avoid expiration on both RedMystic and Google Base.
