RedMystic performs a number of validations to ensure the integrity of our service. To protect the service we do not publish the methods we employ. However there are some general rules to follow:

Site Validation:

• Ensure that you have entered your RedMystic username and password into the RedMystic component configuration on your site.
• Ensure that the you have a valid site-key entered into the RedMystic component configuration on your site.

Product Validation:

• Ensure that each product has an image and that they are of one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF
• If you are using SEF programs i.e. Artio , please make sure that the RedMystic component is excluded
